H1 visa canceled by consulate

Hi

My H1 visa got canceled in India , due to misrepresentation of a person to get a B1 visa. This happened by the information given by agent. Consulate canceled my visa at the same time of interview. I am not able to travel back. My family is in US. My wife is having h1 visa and I have child with American passport.

Please send your post on the following,
1) Can I get a visa under my wife's sponsership?
2) Do US ban people entering on this type of issues?
3) What are the other option to get any visa for my travel to US?

2) Possible
3) Visitor Visa B2. But H4 is better choice.
