Waiting on EAD with limited funds
Morning Forum,
Looking for advice or guidance, background is that I have processed my applications (I-485, I-765 and I-130) for my Green Card (Marriage based), I’m currently waiting on my EAD, however I was laid off due to COVID, I’m now worried that I’m not going to be able to afford to live without work for the next 6 months whilst it’s being processed.
I’m wondering what my options are, originally I came over on an L1 visa, I’m hoping there is something that can be done around premium processing or a temporary measure that can be put in place?
Any advice would be appreciated!
