Hi everyone,
I. When I and my wife were married at city hall, she used her:
last name + my last name.
When I filed my wifes petition for Advance Parole (I-131), I used her:
last name + my last name.
She was recently approved for Advance Parole and we just received the I-512L letter from USCIS.
My question is, her Japanese passport has her:
first name + last name.
The I-512L form, however, has:
her first name + her last name + my last name.
Will there be a problem when she tries to re-enter the U.S. after her honeymoon?
II. Additionally, will USCIS mail her an Advance Parole "card" or is the I-512L form the only thing she needs to present when she re-enters the U.S.?
III. When I checked the USCIS website for the status of her I-131 petition, the USCIS indicates that "Post-Activity Decision." My question is, is there a "Document Production or Oath Ceremony"?
Thanks.
