EAD for dependent

Hi Gurus,

I was told that we can apply for EAD for dependent who is on H4B once labor is cleared. Is it true. If so what is the procedure and how long will it take to get it.

You don't have EAD for yourself, and you want dependents to get EAD?
How's that possible? Who told you that?
