rection of I-765, outdate app

My application for opt was rejected because my petition was filed on an outdated version of the form!!! The ISO website gave me an old version of I-765!!!

USCIS returned all docuents to me - I-20, copy of ID, I-94, I-765 I completed incorrectly.

USCIS resent me all documents already, but they put marks on all documents so I'm not sure if I can use I-20 and everything again.
Do I have to take a picture again?

am filling an l-765 form and need help in filling in line 16 ,i fall under L2 status and i have come to US as a dependant with my husband who is on L1.Please help am going crazy in filling this form.
