AP Approved but not received in mail

Applied my AP on Mar21 2010 electronic
LUD change on May17th 2010
Approved on May20th 2010(Not updated on the USCIS Case Status)

I went to local office on May 23rd to expediate the process as i have family emergency in INDIA, they informed me that my case was approved on May20th and you will be receive in few days or weeks.

I went ahead and booked the flight ticket in Jun24th and back on july 6th 2010.

But So far i didnot receieved the Apporval Notice, Local office was not helpful as the case is already approved,

They have given me two Options
1) Wait until the AP notice is mailed to you
2) get the h4 stamped in india
3) APply for Emergency approval ( but i need to qualify for certaing conditions)


I called the Customer Service rep and they have open the ticket for the duplicate appoval notice to be mailed out. but iam not sure Approval notice will be on time or nt

Please help me what will be next step

i have 4 days to continue or cancel my tickets.

How do you know it is approved? ALthough online status does not show(as you said) it is approved?

as per the local office the case was approved.

I did verify with Customer service and they also said the same but the website is not updated

Hi. Just want to know if you were able to get your AP in time for your trip. I also am curious, what is LUD? And may I know the customer service that you called to inquire about your AP status? Thanks!
