Does I-131 advanced parole expires?

I trusted my lawyer and I wasn’t aware of the check your status online which I just did and on 4/30/19 my I-131 form was approved and the status says notice was returned to USCIS because post office could not deliver it.
my question is does it expire? I was looking into applying for it myself I didn’t know my lawyer had applied in 2018 and just didn’t give me any update
i asked a few days ago and he says he charges me 1000 plus 575 fees but now I know I already was approved and I wasn’t notified any help would be appreciated thanks

AP / I-131 expires 1 or 2 yrs after the approval
The bigger question is: why was the notice returned ? Did you change your address and not notify USCIS ? remember mail from USCIS cannot be forwarded

I moved and notify the attorney And I got a letter from uscis saying they got the new address and that letter they sent was a month before the I-131 happened and also the lawyer moved offices but he says they’re still getting the mail that goes to that address
