Dear all,
I have a question with my current situation and hope you can answer.
1. I have my H1 with I94 valid till May 2011.
I went to India in Oct 2009 and returned in November 2009 by using my Advance Payroll. So the person at POE gave a stamp on my I94 till September 2010. My question is which I94 is valid now?
2. I do have valid EAD, which is going to expire next month. Assuming that I need to have I94 valid and current to stay in US, will just extending my EAD will renew my I94 too?
3. Also since my kid did not have EAD, What should he do to be in valid status of I94, will he be ok to stay since I am going to extend my EAD for 2 more years and my current H1 is valid till May 2011 ? He also has same I94 stamps as me, which is valid till september 2010 on his AP and till May 2011 on his H4. Not sure if I94 on AP will override the one on H4.
