Just travel on AP

Just wanted to share my experience on AP.

I travel to my country on November 5 on AP spend 6 days, and today I got back to the US (by Miami international airport) the first inspector ask me how many’ days I was in my country and why did I go. Than I went to a second inspection and waited for like 20 min. The inspector ask me my address I’m the US and nothing else. Then I was good to GO!

note: I overstay my visa for 4 years before.

hope this will help anybody that’s scare to travel on AP.

This is very helpful. I overstayed my visa more than 2 years and now I married to US citizen. My lawyer did not include I-131 he said I was overstayed my visa. Now I want to apply for I-131 alone, based on your experience I should not face any problem when re entering to USA.

I did married a US CITIZEN.
