Is it possible to reactivate a 19 year old EAD?

I had received EAD 19 years ago, but had to travel back to India. My question is:

Is there a way I can ractivate that to get my green card? If so, what's the process?

EAD usually come with an expiry date. I doubt the conditions under which you applied I140 are relevant now.
