hi all

iam filling I -765 and iam struck at q.14,15
manner of last entry--------------------(visitor,student etc)
current immigration status--------------(visitor,student etc)do i put AOS or H4???
iam a secondary applicant and i came with my husband after wedding.

1. Simple when did you last entered the country and when you entered Did the immigration officer validate and stamp you passport and issue a I-94 based on you student Visa / H4 ( The date will concurr with the VISA expiration date).

2. How are you maintaining your status... I would presume the you pick whaever is the answer to #1 and use that...

However you can always the other status too.. if its still active( Assuming you are still maintaining your student status).
