What all should I send along with his I-94 form.
I had applied for EAD of my wife. We got a letter from USICS "Request
for Evidence".
It asks for "Spouse's Current Status" - so does that mean Form I-94
(departure arrival record) or should I send across anything additional
to that.
He is working in United States. He is on L1 Blanket Visa. He has got I94.
He has got SSN as well as State ID.
