EAD application
Hi!
I’m on a J-2 visa and have applied for Employment Authorisation.
I sent form I-765 along-with the money order and the supporting documents, via USPS mail, on 17 Nov 2020, to USCIS Lockbox at Dallas, Texas, which reached there on 23 November.
However, I still haven’t received any correspondence or case-number from USCIS. My USPS money-order also has not been cashed. I have even submitted an online query regarding my situation and written all details about my USPS mail, but haven’t got a single response.
Whenever I try to contact USCIS on their toll-free number, the virtual assistant answers and if I ask to speak to a representative, I get no help.
What should I do next?
