I’m on a L2 visa and have applied for Employment Authorization for 2 times and got rejected for 2 times.
1st Attempt: I sent form I-765 application (Eligibility Category 'A18') along with Bank Check for amount $410.00 and all other supporting documents, via UPS mail, in the month of September and received a rejection notice with rejection reason as 'Incorrect Fee Amount'
2nd Attempt: I sent form I-765 application (Eligibility Category 'A18') along with Bank Check for amount $550.00 and all other supporting documents, via UPS mail, on 10 Nov 2020, which reached there on 12 Nov 2020. Today I received a Rejection Notice towards my I-765 application with rejection reason as 'Incorrect Fee Amount'
Whenever I try to contact USCIS on their toll-free number, the virtual assistant answers and if I ask to speak to a representative, I get no help.
What should I do next?
Can someone please help me with exact amount that I need to write on the check
