I-765 and I-131 Renewal

Anyone recently submitted renewal for I-765 and I-131? I mailed my package to Chicago Lockbox on January 13, 2021 and it was delivered on January 15.
What is the typical timeline to receive an electronic notification from USICS?

I sent mine on Jan 11, delivered it 2 days later. Still waiting. Last time they took around 2-3 weeks to receive the text. Now it may take up to 2 weeks more.

Today, I received text messages and email notifications that my applications were received. My case numbers start with IOE, I don't know what that means.

I think IOE is for e-filing. Weird, maybe they changed something.
