Hi ,
I’d like to prolong my work authorization permit. The one I have is based on I-94 that was until May, 2011. Another I-94 we received is until May, 2013.
I’m on J-2 status, what documents besides I-765, I-94 and photos do you need?
Should there be a valid VISA in case I didn’t exit the country more than for 1.5 year?
