Hello
I just wanted to know if I have everything straight with my paperwork. I came to the US on a student VISA. After I graduated, I got a job and my employer sponsored my H1-B. However, since 9-11 I did not travel because of news about validation taking very long as my passport still states that I have an F1 and I have all the paperwork for my H1. Anyways, I recently filed for an adjustment in status and also got the advance parole document. My ineterview is in April but I need to travel outside the US in March. Considering that I have the adavnce parole approval, is that document all I need to travel? Should I carry my H1 B papers? Will this cause any issues, if I use the Advanace parole document to travel rather than getting Validation done while I am abroad?
Thanks
