Can I submit an EAD renewal request while I have an EAD renewal request pending?

My EAD expires in October 2021 and my L2 visa (I94) together with my wife's L1 visa, expires in December 2021. We are filling an EAD extension, however, this new EAD will expire in December 2021 (when my visa expires).

My question is, can I submit a renewal request of my Visa and EAD will I have an EAD request pending?

Yes you can, I’m doing this at the moment. In fact I have 3 pending: 1 that I applied for in January because my current EAD expires next week, 1 that I applied for last week because my new EAD (if it ever arrives) will expire in December along with my L2 like you, and 1 for AOS
