Filling Location for EAD/AP Renewals with I-485 Pending

I live in NY, and I have applied for I-485/I-765/I-131 along with EB3-140 last oct, 2020 to Texas lockbox location. All my applications were internally routed to Nebraska Service Center and because my original EB2 I-140 is approved by the Nebraska center.

My I-485 receipt number is starting with LIN, about to file EAD/AP renewal.

1. Can i directly send it to Nebraska Service Center where my I-485 is pending.
2. Do i need to send only to Texas lockbox location based on my location.
3. If i mail it to Texas lockbox, to which service center they will transfer my case internally.

Hi,
Even though you are going to file renewal of EAD/AP, USCIS will consider this as only new application. So, you will need to file the petition accordingly. Therefore, hope it must be with Texas Lockbox.
