Expedite EAD

I entered the USA on a K1 visa in April and applied for I-485 and I-765, which the Chicago center received on 5/10. I received notice of action on 5/27. I am thinking of requesting expedited processing of I-765. I noticed that most people requested expedited processing after biometrics. Should I wait for a little before requesting expedited processing? Will it get rejected if I apply too early?

Hi,
If you feel, you want to get immigration benefit in emergency and meeting the requirement then you can request in any situation. I don't think, you will need to wait for Biometrics process.
Please go ahead and request to concern department.
