My spouse is currently on L2 visa and holds an A18 category EAD expiring in April'22.
We recently filed our employment based green card application i-485 along with an i-765 for category C9 EAD and biometrics have been completed. Ideally we should get this C9 EAD before the A18 EAD expires in April'22.
However, just to be on safer side, can/should we still file for renewal of A18 EAD in Nov'21? (180 days before A18 EAD expires)
