Hello,
Currently I am in USA. My green card application (I-485) is going on. I have filed my I-485 based on VAWA ( Violence against women's act - form I-360) .
I need to visit India my home country for some urgent reason. If I get Emergency advance Parole, Can I go to India ? Can I come back to USA in current covid situation ?
And what is this National Interest Exception - NIE of USA ? I am alone here in USA, my family stays in India.
