EAD PENDING RENEWAL WITH 180 days ext

My EAD is expired on September 19th
however I do have a new job offer pending.
given the fact that I have 180 days Extension because I’m in category C 10 with biometrics approved , just waiting to receive my approval on the renewal. Can I accept the new job and how does this work in terms of submitting my paperwork?
do I submit the expired EAD as well as the extension notice as part of my verification? Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks

Yes, you can start a new job. Yes, you use your expired EAD plus the renewal receipt. This section of the Handbook for Employers tells the employer how to enter this on their part of the I-9.

I just received an online notice today saying that my card is being produced. After a total of 118 days, I did reach out to my congressman to expedite the process.
