Hello all,
Applying of I-485 (based on an approved I-130)again as the last one got rejected due to a mistake by my previous attorney. The AOS package was received on September 29, 2021 and got the biometrics reuse notice on October 4, 2021. Any idea how long should it take for my EAD card to be approved from here? I know there are no definite answers but i am just looking for an idea. I had to take a leave from work and cant drive while me and and my wife are expecting our first child. I would appreciate any help. Thank you.
