i have gc EAD which is expiring on march my company has applied renewal process but i havent got it yet.
my i-485 is pending more than a year.
i also have h1b valid till 2023.
my question is the company who sponsor me GC I need to change it.
how it will impact my GC process if i get a new job based on my current EAD. can my current employer revoke the renewal process?
if i take any job do they need to port my application or I need to do it.
do I require a lawyer with the new company? also how long can I stay unemployed with my current EAD if I quit my current job?
please help!
