Support evidence for EAD renewal?

I want to renew my EAD– my case is currently in Immigration Court, but the hearing has been delayed to OCT 2023. My lawyer was only notified through a call and I was notified by him through mail. What evidence can I provide that my case is still in court? I have the original filing for the case, master hearing date, and the letter my lawyer sent me, but are those enough to prove the case is pending in court?

I will also include my biometrics letter, JIC, but I'm not sure that us 100% needed.

Can anybody help?
