Opt ended grace period over -status check help

Hi folks!

Graduation date May/June 2009[LIST]

[*]OPT started on 1st of Aug[*]OPT Ended on 31st of July[*]60th day of grace period was 29th of September (I thought it was 2 months of grace period)[*]Got my acceptance letter from a new university on 30th of September[*]Awaiting new i-20 that the new university says will take upto 7-10 days[*]Am I out of status now?
