My daughter who is a US citizen filed for me (her mother) and my husband (her father) who is European and I'm Caribbean. Everything was submitted together even down to completing our biometrics all at the same time beginning of January. On Feb 22, my husband received his work authorization and social and my application is still in processing. I fail to believe a backlog is the issue. How is this possible that he get it and I'm still pending?
