Hello,
I got my EB3 EAD and AP card in October 2021 and my 797 for H1B visa
I came to India for Visa stamping as lawyer suggested to get it stamped rather than giving up the visa for EAD
During the stamping process, i got yellow 221g, i have submitted all the documents but it is taking too much time
Can i enter USA back on EAD AP ? and forget about the 221g case?
Does it have any impact on my AP?
