H4 EAD Filing

Hi,

My spouse had L2 EAD in the past and that got expired in 2019 and later L1-B extension was denied. Now I'm on H1-B with approved I-140. I'm applying for H4 EAD for my spouse. Should I select the option as 1.a. Initial permission to accept employment OR Renewal of your permission to accept employment. Since we are applying for first time on H track vs renewal overall, I'm confused what to select. Please advise

It's a different basis for the EAD than before, so it's initial permission, not a renewal.

OK. Thank you. For all the form fields that are not applicable to me, should I type N/A in each individual field? E.g. - Complete Interpreter section is not applicable as well as preparer.
