EAD AP combo card travel abroad and any restrictions

Hi All,
I am waiting for my EB1C GC application adjudication which was concurrently filled with I140. Like to get your advise on below question. I plan to travel back to India once I receive EAD AP combo card or AP alone. My questions are

1. Can I start work from India for the same employer for the period I plan to spend in India. Will it impact the ongoing I140 or GC application?
2. What is max duration I can stay in India on Advnace Parole?
3. Are there any challenges or risk while reentering the USA with advance Parole?
