I would like to travel outside country for unexpected trip and come back after getting visa stamped using my Primary applicant approval notice. Currently, my H4 Extension and EAD Renewal is In Progress and I applied H4 extension and EAD renewal both together. I just have only receipt notice for i-539 and I-765 . My primary applicant (h1B) extension is approved. I am going out of country and while entering will get the H4 Visa Stamping and enter .
my question here is will there be any problem or denial of my H4 EAD which might impact my current job?. Do I have to reapply my EAD renewal again?. It would be great to share some insight about this process would be helpful.
