AP Approval taking too long

Hi,

Has anyone else experienced huge delays in AP approval? I applied mine almost 2 months ago. Got my receipt within few days. But as per the USCIS website my application is in "initial review" stage even now.

One of my colleagues applied almost a month after I did, but he already received his AP. Not sure if anything is wrong with my application?

Any suggestions on how I can find out more about my application?
