Hi, I got my H4 EAD in October 2021 which was valid till Feb 10 2022. My H4 expiry date was Feb 10 2022. My husband who is on H1B applied for renewal of my H4 status in Dcember 2021. And then we applied for EAD renewal on Jan 28 2022. When I applied for EAD renewal my H4 renewal was still in process. My question is will get the benefit for EAD extension rule for 180/540 days or need I to wait for my EAD renewal before I can start working.
