Hello,
I travelled on AP when the date on the document was 04 Oct 2010 but the stamp at the bottom was "Paroled Until 29 Nov 2010 Purpose: AOS". I am now told that I should not have travlled. (I had filed for new AP well in advance but it did not arrive until the travel date and is still in progress). I had maxed out my H1 and have been working on EAD.
0. Can I travel on the AP which has a stamp "Paroled Until 29 Nov 2010 Purpose: AOS". Well before 29 Nov 2010?
1. Is my AOS and EAD affected?
2. Can I use H4 to reenter US to maintain status of AOS and EAD? My wife has an H1 but not yet stamped on her passport.
3. For me to get H4 does she have to stamp her H1 on her passport? (else she can use her AP to come in)
4. If I get H4 and can come back to US, can I still work on my EAD? The EAD is valid for another year +.
