Hi,
My OPT period has started on May 17th, 2010. But I have started working for the same company as full time since Feb 2010 itself. I wanted to visit India for couple of weeks in November end. Is it advisable to do so?
One of my friend told me that I can return back only if I can show them that I am having training at my employer since its Optional Practical TRAINING. Is it so?
The letter which I will get from my employer will state that I am working as a full time employee since Feb.
Please advice me.
