Hi all. My L1 visa is valid until July 2024. My 140 is sent and I've got a receipt number. Planning on visiting India in November. Is it okay to apply for 485 and EAD/AP before my international travel? Even if it's okay, Is there any benefit in doing so? I'm not planning to change employers.
