I found your online portal very useful. I still have the below queries that I require responses to. Can you please help me with responses to the below queries?



1. Can a person who has applied for EAD leave the country and come back?

2. Will the applicant for EAD always be called for a biometric scan?

3. Can an L2 (Spouse of L1) file for EAD before receiving their SSN?

4. Can the applicant apply directly at USCIS instead of e-filing? Will this help to reduce the initial acceptance cycle? Where can I fix an appointment for the applicant to appear directly at USCIS?

5. The USCIS portal does not allow the application to be downloaded as there is no option mentioned for L2/ dependant of L1. Which category do they fall in?
