Applied for EAD, not heard since 3 months for biometrics

Hi All,

Its been almost 3 months since i applied for my EAD. This is my first EAD. Im on my L2 visa. I have not heard from the USCIS yet for the biometrics. Absolutely no news from them except for the receipt number they gave in the beginning. Im really tensed, can someone please share any similar experience about EAD.

I have read in several pages that sometimes biometrics will be waved off. Is this true ??? Suppose i get any RFE, will i get it after biometrics or is it usually before that??
In a week its going to be 3 months since i applied for EAD. Should i take an Infopass appt. at the local office ??

Hi, I have applied for EAD renewal for second time....it is in process.
From my experience I would say that you don't get called for biometrics if you file a paper application. Usually a decision is made on 90th day of your application. would suggest to wait untill 90 days are over and then call their customer care in case you have not recived a reponse. I have no information regarding infopass appointment.

oops didn't see it is a month old post. You would have got your EAD by now.
