Hello Sir! I am curious if the consulate made you paid the $575 for your form i131A when they issued you one? I also lost my travel parole while being outside in the US. And im about to do my form 131A. When i checked it online theres a fee and it said i dont have to pay for it since im not an LPR or a green card holder. but uscis told me theres no waiver fee for it. So im really confused
