AP document delay

I received an email that my ap approval was mailed close to 3 weeks ago (October 20, 2010). I haven't received it yet. What are my options if it somehow got lost in the mail? Does an infopass appointment help?

(I found some google results for this situation but wanted to get a response based on recent experiences.)

My AP was approved on Nov 1st and my lawyer has not received it yet. Discussed it with my lawyer and was told that we can open a service request only after 30 days.

USCIS has posted that all I-131's are taking 3 months to process from the filing date.

It is usually mailed quickly after the document is produced. It should arrive a lot quicker than what you have posted. 2 and 3 weeks after approval does not sound right for not receiving it yet.
