EAD Application and spouse I-94
Hi,
I am on L2 and just arrived in US. I will apply for EAD very soon.
I come to know that I have to submit photocopy of my spouse's(L1) I-94.
We filled I-94 correctly but forgot to write DATE OF BIRTH on deaprture record. That field is blank.
What should I do?
Write date of birth as it is blank and used it? Do they scan I-94 departure record for further reference?
Or should I submit I-94 of spouse as it is and sumit other supporting docs like passport and L1 visa photocopy?
At POE they have returned only departure record of I-94. Is this fine?
