So tired of waiting
Hi folks,
Is anyone else here incredibly tired, frustrated and anxious from waiting?
I submitted my AOS application (for a marriage-based green card) in May 2022, got an RFE in June, responded in July, and it's been radio silence since. My EAD case has been marked as "being actively reviewed by USCIS" for 10 months (National Benefits Center...). I am losing my mind not being able to work, not knowing when or if my EAD will be issued, and not being allowed to inquire about my case until August 2023. My lawyer says all I can do is wait right now.
Just knowing I'm not alone in this would be really helpful. What a horrible process.
