infopass/interim EAD

Hi, I have filed I-765 under L1- dependent category. My case is past 90days.I called USCIS and was given two options:
1. To apply for interim EAD
2.To take infopass appointment.

They do not have a timeline for interim EAD. If I file interim EAD, I can not take any other action for another 60days.

Please suggest which of the two options is faster.

Any advise is appreciated.

Interim EADs are no longer issued. Infopass and opening a SR is the only option.

Thanks for your quick response.
I spoke with USCIS rep today morning and he gave me the option of Interim EAD/Infopass. But the rep did not had a ETA on interim EAD.

I have one more question:
On what basis infopass people approve/dismiss a case?
