Advance Parole Extension

Hi,

My Advace parole is getting expired on 31st March 2024. My category is EB1. My attorney is charging me 1300 for four members.
Can I do it myself or go with my attorney. Please suggest.

You can file it yourself. It is free to apply for Advance Parole for I-485 applicants. Just attach a copy of your I-485 receipt.
