EAD/AP - Relocating to India....need help.

Hi All

We are in the final stage of GC and have the EAD on hand and now relocating to India. If i decide to return back to the US say in a year or two, is there a way to reactivate our application from where we left off? Is there like a temporary suspension option or similar?

Nothing like that exists. The one option that you can use is to convert the AOS case to CP by the employer which would mean you will get teh GC like a visa at a consulate after the interview when your PD is current.
