    EAD Eligibility - Visa Extension Required?

    Hi,

    I am in L2 Visa, my I94 valid till Jan 2014 but my L2 Visa expires on April 2011.

    Shall I apply for EAD based on my I94 expiry date? or

    Do I need to apply for L2 Visa extension first and then apply for EAD?

    Please help.
