1.My wife is currently using GC-EAD/AOS and her previous visa status is H1B before converting visa status to GC EAD/AOS and our AP renewal approval is still in pending but we need to go to india in next few days and we are planning to get her H4 stamping in India , can we enter USA with H4 stamping or its not possible because she already changed her status to GC-EAD/AOS but primary applicant is still on H1B. Her previous port of entry is on H4.
Currently she dont have valid h1 and h4.
2. If she leaves the US without an advance parole, her adjustment of status application will be abandoned?
Once she comes back , she can use her GC EAD to work right?
if she come back on H4 stamp, is it going to deny her I-485 petition.
