My Visa,I-94 and petition gets expired August 2011, i have already applied for renewal
My wife is working on EAD ,
My I-94 is valid only till aug 2011 but my wifes I 94 is valid till 2013
kindly let me know
1.Can she apply for renewal EAD now with this I-94 ?
2.What all documents are needed for renewing EAD ?
3.How to apply for renewing EAD ?
4.Does thay have biometric and Photo session now as well ?
5.How much time does it take to get a renewed EAD
