    Valid H1 visa & expired Advanced parole

    Hi,

    I visited India on Advanced parole.

    I went for My H1 stamping and got it up to 2012 (Extension for another 3 years)

    My AP will be expiring soon in February 2011.

    I have to travel to US in August on H1.

    Can i travel on Valid H1.

    Any help will be greately appreciated.
